Shut your eyes and imagine ….. you arrive at the beautiful Cotswold village of Sapperton to a welcome smoothie, delicious coffee and settling in before a funky Beyonce wake up stretch, led by Sarah of Dazzle. A wholesome and tasty al fresco vegan lunch waits for you and  lots of time for catching up and relaxing with friends followed by a fab session creating your own box of raw, organic, vegan chocolates that are also good for you and your gut. Take them home, don’t share! You can then choose to take a walk in the beautiful surrounding countryside (maps supplied but bring wellies), close your eyes, read a book, have some alone time or lounge around with a cup of tea and delicious cakes. The day shifts. The music changes. Time to get changed into your evening disco outfit in the dressing room with a glass of yummy bubbly. Maybe pop on some provided face jewels and festival glitter and head back to the hall with Sarah to learn a bootylicious dance routine to the 80’s/90’s house and disco inspired track Break My Soul. After the dance floor its time again to eat, drink, chat and chill under fairy lights. A beautiful pamper package will close the day so make sure a bath is run for when you get home to continue your day!

 

This is Dazzles first ever Retreat Day and we cannot wait to look after you. The day is designed to include lots of ‘you’ time so you dont feel rushed, time to be still. Sapperton Village Hall is a beautiful venue with a home from home feeling, enclosed green spaces and a variety of indoor spaces we will be taking advantage of throughout the day.
