Every week a new routine, a new dance style and new feel good music.
Each routine is choreographed with three aims – I want the choreography to feel achievable and for you to leave feeling a sense of achievement – I want you to also feel challenged enough to focus on the dancing and forget about the world outside – I want to put a smile on your face. Some classes focus more on the fitness, some are bouncy, some are more technical and others but each class is independent so you can rock up, enjoy, take what you need from it and forget about it. There is no pressure to remember any moves for the next class, just enjoy then say goodbye and get on with your week.

A short warm up starts the class before gradually, section by section, we develop and learn an achievable, fun, stylish but challenging enough routine. With lots of repeated sequences, you will be able to add in more style and individuality as we run through the finished masterpiece a few times before a simple cool down. The time flies by and you can put in as much or as little as you want. If you are there for fitness, to hang out with friends, to dance, to forget about the cupboards that need sorting, it doesn’t matter.

Then the lights dim, we roll out our mats for a well deserved guided 15-20 minute stretch and relax.  Building strength and flexibility, relaxing, reaping the benefits of the dance workout and helping you to leave the class a little less wired up!
Have a bath run for when you get home, pour the gin or just crawl into bed.

I love dancing so the fun of learning a new dance routine every week and getting a workout at the same time is just perfect. Sarah is lovely, very warm, friendly, welcoming and so enthusiastic. She keeps us on our toes, not just physically but mentally too. It’s the highlight of my week and I just love it.

Sarah puts together great classes for us – we spend the whole evening dancing and laughing, and time flies by, as we are so engaged with what we were doing. I don’t even notice that I’ve been ‘working out’ until I get home! Sarah has a great gift for creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere – even for those, like me, who are bashful about their dance skills.

This morning ladies class is designed to make you feel good and ready for your day. A little morning mood boosting party!

Get the adrenalin flowing, laugh and escape.

The class starts with a simple warm up gently easing our minds and bodies into a new space. Then 40 minutes developing an upbeat dance routine, with lots of repeated moves, to fun chart toppers and feel good classics. You will surprise yourself at how much you can achieve in this time.

Dance styles can include musical theatre, street dance, jive, charleston, salsa, cheerleading, bhangra, 90’s boy bands, afrobeat, routines with props and dressing up and famous dance styles from history such as Single Ladies, Thriller or Vogue!

We then reap the benefits of the workout with an important post workout stretch on our mats creating a positive mindset for the day ahead. Whatever that may involve.

Please wear shoes and clothes to easily groove in and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle!

The Dazzle dance parties are amazing. Sarah is a great teacher and keeps it fun and entertaining throughout the evening. By the end of the evening the whole group had mastered the dance which was a very satisfying feeling. Thank you Sarah for a brilliant evening!

A Dazzle Ladies Dance Event is a fun and unique way to celebrate a birthday, work do, PTA evening or simply a get together with friends.

This is not a fitness class but a relaxed, sociable evening with lots of breaks for catching up with a drink.
It is perfect for all abilities, ages and any group size.
The priority is FUN and lots of laughs!

Dazzle will work with you to tailor a package to suit the group ranging from a two hour dance party to organising cocktails, nibbles and disco lighting and of course, the mirrorball. Dazzle can arrange the venue hire, alcohol license and forward on personalised invitations to all of the guests. And why not include cocktails, canapes, snack boxes, pamper gifts, themed photo booth or a photgrapher to capture the special evening!

Why not choose from pop divas, naughty burlesque, upbeat ballroom, musical theatre, disco fever, eighties or mix it up with a few dance styles.

It’s great to go out on in the evening, especially when it’s cold and wet, and to be met by Sarah’s smiling face and enthusiasm and then be told we will be dancing to “Car Wash” or “Hit me baby one more time”.  I am not a great dancer, but that doesn’t matter, I love the music Sarah chooses, and the dance moves she choreographs.  It is an hour of pure escapism.
