To use the discipline, technique & beauty of classical ballet to improve posture, alignment & core strength for the young or older, experienced or novice dancer.
To encourage ‘non-sporty’ ‘P.E.phobe’ adolescents into healthier lifestyles of exercise through the introduction of fun, dance-based physical activity such as Zumba® Fitness!
To cultivate a love of movement and team work from an early age by taking music-accompanied fun fitness sessions full of dance-based activities & games into Primary schools.
To prove to older participants that age is no barrier to dance & having fun!
To ensure everyone leaves my classes feeling better about themselves than when they arrived!
