Whilst at Dazzle we ask\u00a0children to:<\/div>\n
Respect one another,\u00a0use socially acceptable behaviour, choose and participate in a variety of activities, ask for help if needed and enjoy their time at\u00a0Dazzle.<\/div>\n

Refunds<\/b><\/div>\n
All events only go ahead with a minimum number of bookings. If a child is not enjoying a club or course Dazzle will work with you to hopefully come up with a solution.<\/div>\n
We do not usually offer refunds. If you no longer need your booking then we would urge you to try to sell them on or give them to a friend who might enjoy the activity.<\/div>\n
In the unlikely event that WE need to cancel or postpone an activity or event then you will be given a full refund as soon as we are able to make contact with you.<\/div>\n

Your data<\/b><\/div>\n
We don’t share your data – phone numbers, email addresses etc – with anyone else. Nor will we ever sell it on to a third party. So by giving us your information your personal details go no further.<\/div>\n

We welcome clear and honest feedback on everything we do.<\/div>\n
Please tell us if something isn’t working for you and we’ll see what we can do to rectify the situation. Conversely, we’re always looking for testimonials about what we do so if you’ve got something positive to share, then tell us about it too.<\/div>\n
