Ditch the tweed, set the synthesizer to disco, pull up the lycra and come along to the Lades 80’s Dance Course this November!
The first class is all themed to the songs from the hit 80’s dance movie ‘Flashdance’. The chairs will be out for a sassy routine incorporating lots of iconic moves from the film. Gentle warm up followed by the principal choreography, a cool down and finishing with a yummy long stretch. Non-competitive, fun routines for all ladies!
