Being a Dazzle trainee has allowed me to build on my leadership skills in a fun and creative environment. Sarah is brilliant at giving the trainees responsibility within Dazzle whilst also offering support and guidance so you never feel that you are working in the unknown. I have carried the confidence and leadership skills to addressing an audience of NGOS in New York at the United Nations and plan on developing these skills further in order to become a human rights lawyer in the future.
